Minnesota D-2 Teams in NCAA Soccer Tourney

I inadvertently omitted a couple of Minnesota D-2 teams that are also playing in the NCAA Soccer tournament.

The Winona State women Warriors soccer team is the No. 2 seed in the Central Region which means Winona St. will host the winner of Regis (Colorado) vs Augustana (South Dakota) game on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Regis will play Augustana on Friday at 1:00 at Winona State’s field.

Also, Minnesota State – Mankato women’s soccer team play Colorado Mines at Metro State in Denver on Friday at 1:00 p.m. MSU-Mankato Mavericks are rated #16 in the nation.
