Tony Sanneh speaks with MLS Net about his current trial with LA Galaxy

MLS Net.com has a nice article posted with Minnesota soccer veteran, Tony Sanneh. Sanneh speaks candidly in the interview and says at one point he thought he might be through playing soccer because of the many injuries he sustained that kept him from playing competitively for well over a year. He explains that there is still a strong desire to play.
“I haven’t put that many miles on in the last five years,” said Sanneh. “I was playing pickup games and most of the pain was gone, and I decided to get back in shape. I thought, ‘Why not?’ I’m not stupid and I know I’m very old for the game, but it’s been done before.”
