Misha Sher – Former Minnesota youth player, now Soccerex executive
I thought I would highlight an interview done recently by my friend Kartik Krishnaiyer over at EPL Talk. Kartik interviewed Misha Sher, a name some Minnesotans may be familiar with. Misha moved from the Ukraine to Minnesota back in the early 90′s, playing youth soccer here and spending time on Minnesota ODP teams. He attended Ohio Wesleyan and spent some time in the A league.
Misha talks about his time with the Cincinnati Riverhawks and the Minnesota Thunder. He reminisces on his time with the team and playing with teammate Johnny Menyongar and coach Buzz Lagos.
Misha is now an executive with a company called Soccerex in Europe and serves as Director of Business Development.

Thanks Brian for the link-out and the support. Just to clarify, though, the interview with Misha Sher appeared on the EPL Talk Podcast, not MLS Talk Podcast. It’s available via the link above or also via iTunes.
Cheers,
The Gaffer
Misha is also a regular contributor to World Soccer Daily to discuss the business side of soccer. He does a great job there as well. Available streaming, on Sirius & XM or on iTunes.
