The 2009 Minnesota Thunder Supporters Awards

As the end of the 2009 USL-1 season is approaching quickly, Inside Minnesota Soccer would like to invite “you” the supporters of the Minnesota Thunder to vote for your favorite Thunder player in 2009 and your favorite Thunder supporter.

By secret ballot, the fans of the Minnesota Thunder can vote for these post season awards.

There are 3 categories:

  • Thunder Player of the Year
  • Thunder Newcomer of the Year
  • Thunder Fan (Jackass) of the the Year

Here’s how it works:

You simply email your secret ballot by  Clicking Here!

Then watch here for an announcement concerning the Post Season Supporters Banquet where these awards will be handed out. This event is attended by Thunder players and front office staff.  Awards are handed out and the past several years there’s been a silent auction for charity with items donated by the Thunder players and staff.

Please spread the word to all other fellow Thunder supporters and ask them to vote as well and plan to attend this Post Season Supporter Banquet.
