Teal Bunbury – Akron of Ohio Zips NCAA Seimifinal Watch Party
Come join me and other readers of Inside Minnesota Soccer for an informal NCAA Semifinal watch party at the Sweetwater in St. Paul, Minnesota this Friday evening December 11, at 6:30 CT
The Akron of Ohio Zips (23-0-0) who currently are tied for the having the longest NCAA Division I winning streak in one season at 23, will play the the North Carolina Tar Heels (16-2-3). Minnesotan Teal Bunbury will be leading the charge for the Zips as he is currently the NCAA Division I scoring leader with 17 goals. Bunbury and midfielder teammate Anthony Ampaipitakwong are both semifinalists for this year’s Hermann Trophy.

The Zips will play the Tar Heels this Friday evening at 6:30 CT on ESPNU.
