I’ve confirmed that it indeed has been sold. Still no details from the North Alabama folks about compensation though.

My DNS server must not have refreshed yet, ’cause I’m still not getting the splash screen.

You can’t just take over someone’s domain name so the folks in Alabama had to agree to whatever NASL had to offer. Agree with BQ that it probably wasn’t too much, but a windfall for the folks down south as they can readily come up with a new one. Probably enough to buy some new nets and re-sod a field or two…
