A Soccer Valentine by Puma Men’s Hardchorus
What do you do when Valentine’s Day falls on match day?
They want to be in your Arms – You want to be in the stands.
That’s the ad campaign that Puma has put together for fans of the beautiful game in the UK and Italy, since Valentine’s Day also fell on match day this year. So Puma came up with the Hardchorus. A collection of men who are supposedly at the pub before their match, who sing a version of Savage Garden’s, “Truly Madly Deeply” lyrics. Sort of interesting really. Although I have to say the Italian version (evidently different song) is actually a bit intimidating. But there is something somewhat endearing about a group of guys sitting around singing about their love for their women.
So from IMS to all the significant others out there who, like it or not, share our 365 day a year obsession with the beautiful game, here is a dedication to our other obsession; You, our valentines.

Is this the new NSC Minnesota anthem?
Its funny that when I was watching it I was thinking something similar. I’m not sure this is the best song (lyrics), but that’s the sort of thing that I think we want to look at for a song when the players come out of the tunnel. The NSC Stars Anthem.
