Rochester Thunder 2010 PDL Schedule Released

The Rochester Thunder Premier Development Team (PDL)  released their 2010 schedule this week.

The team will play in the Heartland Division of the Premier Development League in the USL, and their opponents will be: Des Moines Menace, Kansas City Brass, Real Colorado Foxes, Springfield Demize, St. Louis Lions and the Thunder Bay Chill.

The team has a 16-game schedule, 8 home and 8 away. They will open their schedule away on Friday May 7th against the Real Colorado Foxes. The Thunder will start the season with 3 games on the road followed by 8 consecutive home games. The last 5 games will be on the road.

“We’re looking forward to seeing the teams that we saw last year,” said Thunder coach Neil Cassidy. “It will be good to have a lot of home games in June and we look forward to getting the fans out to cheer us on as we position ourselves for a playoff run again this season.”

The first home game will be a 3:00 pm Sunday game on May 23 against the St. Louis Lions. Like last year, all home games will be played at the Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC).
