2 Golden Gopher Women, Bethke and Clark, Called up to U-23 National Team

US Soccer announced today that they will call up 24 top college players to the U.S. Under-23 Women’s National Team.
Coach Bill Irwin is bringing the players into training camp at Oregon State University in Corvallis from April 18-25. During the camp, the U.S. U-23s will face Oregon State and the University of Portland.
The Minnesota Gopher duo of senior defender Jennie Clark (Minnesota; Norwalk, Iowa) and and senior forward Katie Bethke (Minnesota; Eau Claire, Wis.) have both been called into this camp that will find them amongst some of the finest collegiate talent in the country.
