It's Traffic that has been the problem, not the actual team front office in Miami. Traffic has not spent on marketing or promoting the team. You can have the best minds in marketing but if the owner of the team isn't paying for ads, billboards, radio or TV broadcasts, giveaways and other promotions, then those things don't happen. The FO are all class acts and do their best with the resources at hand. They've been operating on next t nothing from the ownership in Brazil.
