This is a really strong group of MN women coming into the program. It should be exciting to see how they develop over the next several years.

This is very exciting. Thanks for keeping us informed on Minnesota soccer in addition to USL and NASL.

Now, where is Bart and Silly to complain about this site losing its standards and being a mouthpiece for the NASL?

you must be confused. I have never said one negative thing about this site or any of its reporters. I think this is a great site for soccer news and they do an awesome job reporting about all of the soccer leagues. I may have jumped in and defended USL when I thought some comments were uncalled for, But that doesn’t mean I disrespect this site. If this site sucked we all wouldn’t be here.

@silly- my apologies to add you to the same list as @bart.

My memory was wrong, but I was going off of this story in which @bart started his drastic and outlandish opinions: http://www.insidemnsoccer.com/2011/01/26/daryl-shore-returns-as-strikers-coach/#comments

Funny, that @bart has still failed to respond to his accusations that this site is just a mouthpiece of the NASL.

Thanks for that. I don’t agree with several things both leagues have done so far. I think both sides should agree to disagree and move on. I may tend to have a bit of USL bias since I support the Battery, but will be the first to tell you that USL was “silly” to add a Carib/LA division (at least this year).

Never any disrespect for this site. I think they do a great job reporting all soccer stories.

Glad to see Becca Roberts from Centennial HS was among the players who signed. Becca has really developed over the years and will be a strong asset to the U of M. While the Gophers did graduate some excellent soccer players, they have depth in their remaining roster and the new players will only add to their success in the years to come. Come on you Gophers!
