NASL Soccer Bowl Championship Trophy Unveiled
The North American Soccer League unveiled their championship trophy on Friday night at Brit’s Pub in Minneapolis, Minnesota in advance of the first leg of the championship series which starts this evening.
Rishi Sehgal, an executive with the NASL, unveiled the trophy in front of Minnesota Stars fans. Supporters then had a chance to have their photos taken with the new trophy designed by Rich Levy, former creative director for Major League Soccer. Go here to read more about the creation of the trophy.
The trophy will also be on display on the entryway into the National Sports Center Stadium before Saturday evening’s 1st leg match and displayed at midfield during the game.

The new trophy is awesome. Really classy. Can’t wait to see it in person down here in Fort Lauderdale. Also hope it stays here for a while
I think I see the Fort Lauderdale Strikers already engraved on the base. Very classy trophy. I like that it has size to it. Perfect beer mug!

I think the league should just leave the trophy where the league’s team is located. Keep it right here in Minnesota!
