We already knew about the potential owner and have made mention of it here many times including an interview with Commissioner Downs who announced it here on this blog first. 		<description><![CDATA[Can you find out if Nestor signed a personal guarantee along with that 4 year lease in St. Petersburg?

I find it interesting that the bets are all hedged concerning the Stars future this late in the game.  Seems to me that, as Nestor stated, with all the expansion coming in, that this may not bode that well.

One thing Nestor is perfectly correct on, downtown St. Petersburg is a real joy.  It is a great place for entertainment.]]></description>
