Packed Premier League Weekend Ahead For Football Fans

The Premier League is back once again this weekend for another full set of fixtures – and the last before we hit another dreaded international break.

The match that is automatically going to grab everyone’s attention is C as Jose Mourinho returns to Old Trafford once again with his Spurs side.

Both have had uncertain starts to the new campaign and we’re expecting that to continue, with the two playing out a relatively dull 1-1 draw.

Now, it’s time to take a look at the other games that’ll go down in the next few days.

Chelsea vs Crystal Palace

The Blues need to get back to winning ways and we don’t think this is the game for them to do that. Palace are better than most expected them to be this season and we think they’ll be the ones who spring the surprise.

Everton vs Brighton

This is going to be more competitive than most people think and while Everton are an impressive side, we think Brighton will be able to pick up a point.

Leeds vs Manchester City

This is going to be an absolutely phenomenal game of football and if it’s anything less, we’ll be very surprised. City should be able to outscore Leeds fairly easily but Pep’s men should still be given a bloody nose.

Newcastle vs Burnley

This isn’t going to be one to write home about but even though Burnley should probably win it, we’re backing Newcastle to take a point from the game.

Leicester vs West Ham

Leicester City have once again become the surprise package of the campaign and the Hammers aren’t good enough to stop them in their tracks – despite the big win against Wolves.

Southampton vs West Brom

West Bromwich Albion could’ve come into this game with a whole lot of confidence if they’d have held on to their lead against Chelsea, but they didn’t. Southampton are a far more complete side and they shouldn’t have any issues picking up the win here.

Wolves vs Fulham

Wolves desperately need to get back to winning ways after they let things do horribly wrong against West Ham. If they’ve got their best starting XI out they should be fine and while they’re still trying to mesh together with their new arrivals, they will edge over the finish line in this one against a poor Fulham team.

Arsenal vs Sheffield United

Sheffield United are out of form and Arsenal have looked decent so far in the Premier League, even with their defeat against Liverpool. Mikel Arteta is building something special at the Emirates and their surge back to the Champions League will continue in this game

Aston Villa vs Liverpool

We actually think Villa are going to push Liverpool in ways that fans can’t imagine, but the Reds are far too good to leave the Midlands with anything other than another win. It’s going to be interesting to see how they break the hosts down but they should still get the job done – which is why we’re predicting 2-0 Liverpool.
